Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA/CA/CMA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• Fluent business English; additional regional language is an advantage.
• Strong data-analysis capability and proficiency with ERP/Oracle.
• Proven people-leadership and change-management experience across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional operations, plant managers, and procurement to evaluate performance and risks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analyses.
• Establish plant reporting routines for revenue, margin, cost, productivity, and cash flow.
• Govern standard costing, BOMs, routings, overhead rates, and variance analysis.
• Drive working capital improvements in inventory, payables, receivables, and cash conversion.
• Review business cases, track approved spending, and conduct post-investment reviews.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, including FX exposure.
• Standardize finance processes, improve ERP reporting, and automate recurring analyses.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance teams; promote collaboration and growth.

Education
