About the Role: In line with the continued growth and expansion of our business throughout Asia Pacific, we have an exciting opportunity for a client focused People Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in providing support to our regional Corporate and Advisory business lines.

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Advisory & Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders (e.g., Capital Markets, Leasing, Corporate Segment) to understand their financial and operational goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries, ensuring alignment with global and regional policies.
Talent & Performance Management
  • Lead the annual Performance Management cycle.
  • Oversee the nomination and registration process for Talent & Leadership Development programs.
Total Rewards Support
  • Manage the annual increment and bonus cycle for the assigned business lines.
  • Validate employee compensation data, including complex P&L funding splits.
  • Ensure pay equity and market competitiveness in partnership with the Total Rewards team.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment across the organization.
  • Lead and conduct thorough internal investigations into cases reported through EthicsPoint or other grievance channels, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Prepare investigation reports and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions or remedial measures based on findings.
Talent Acquisition
  • Advise hiring managers on the end-to-end recruitment process, including job brief alignment, market salary positioning, and interview best practices.
HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives
  • Drive Regional HR Initiatives across regional offices.
  • Support the business through organisational shifts, providing the communication tools and strategic framework needed for smooth transitions.
What You’ll Need:
  • Degree qualified and 6+ years' HR/People advisory or coordination experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of HR concepts with emphasis on employment processes, People policies and employment law or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
  • Working knowledge of basic Human Resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and development.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and customer-centric focus with ability to use initiative.
  • Highly detail orientated while working to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, practical experience with Peoplesoft or similar HRIS is highly advantageous.
