Partner Account Management & Optimization
Lead partner partnership identification and optimization initiatives for B2C marketing, affiliate and KOL collaborative campaigns across Southeast Asia and other markets. Deliver end-to-end partner campaign ideation, execution, and performance measurement while leveraging data analysis and internal tools, including Tableau, to drive incremental sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Identify and support establishing meaningful partnerships with new and existing external stakeholders, including banks, brands, KOLs and affiliates.
- Communicate regularly with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives, optimize ongoing campaigns, and renew long-term or tactical arrangements throughout the year.
- Conceptualize B2C marketing partnerships and co‑branded campaigns targeted at driving incremental sales, acquiring new users, and engaging existing users in Southeast Asia and other markets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to bring partner campaigns to life and mutually benefit all stakeholders.
- Oversee preparation and execution of necessary deliverables for partner campaigns.
- Assist with brainstorming and rollout of quarterly marketing plans together with the SEA Marketing team.
- Manage implementation, daily tracking, and success measurement of partner campaigns and marketing plans with partner involvement.
- Assess and optimize the performance of partner campaigns by pulling and analyzing relevant data using internal tools such as Tableau.
- Formulate simple models to project the performance of ongoing partner campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to obtain additional data points that add value to partner campaign analysis.
- Use data insights to justify opportunities for new initiatives with partners.
- Manage and optimize backlinks for Earn traffic.
- Provide ongoing support in establishing meaningful partnerships with KOLs and affiliates.
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives and renew long‑term or tactical arrangements.
Requirements

- Based in Malaysia.
- Minimum 4+ years experience.
- Degree in Business Management or Communications.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and independent work capability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint creation for executive presentations, dashboarding skills, and Tableau.
- Previous experience in Affiliate Management roles is a plus, with commercial business acumen.
