Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations for both Sabah and Sarawak branches.

Drive regional sales targets, forecasts and business plans.

Build strong relationships with key customers.

Oversee all key functions including sales, operations, finance and warehouse.

Monitor regional performance and implement corrective action when needed.

Ensure smooth warehouse operations, product availability and service efficiency.

Support business development activities and identify new growth opportunities.

Develop, coach and mentor teams to achieve high performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and local regulations.

Qualification:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
