Requirements
  • Minimum 4-7 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience with prior working experience in leadingan independent team, stakeholder engagement
  • Priorconsulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational orManufacturing optimization, Design Thinking Workshops, Review ofOrganizational goals and KPIs
  • Priorexperience in project management execution and delivery excellence
  • Anyentrepreneurial experience is a plus
