Regional IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Regional IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to join our Corporate HQ team to be based in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading regional infrastructure and security matters from management and operation point of view with all stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Project planning and management for Infrastructure/Security projects including project documentation and coordination with other teams.
• For global projects, communication with head quarter and report to regional head quarter and other teams.
• For regional projects, support operation with other teams.
• Review, maintain and report regional Information Security KPI.
• Improve and support current regional operation with other teams.
• Communication about global security project with head quarter and teams and report to regional head quarter.
• Communication and govern about global/regional/local security matters and report to regional head quarter.
• Budget planning for Investment/Expense, regular monitoring and control budget/actual about infrastructure and security projects.
• Lead and execute security enhancement/operation for ERP architecture.

What we're looking for

• 5 years increasingly responsible professional experience in supporting/managing complex networked systems and data centre’s in computer technology and network security.
• Possess a Diploma or above.
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a problem‑solving skill.
• Strong Organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritise work.
• Customer centric mindset.
• Self‑motivated team player skills.
• Basic computer skill such as MS Word, Excel, Email.
• Information Security experience and knowledge such as ISO27001.
