Role Overview
Lion & Lion is seeking a Regional Head of Media to lead the agency’s media function across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, with full accountability for media strategy, planning, execution, performance, and commercial discipline. The role is critical in ensuring media operates as a scalable, consistent, and commercially responsible regional capability.
The Regional Head of Media will serve as the main point of ownership for media outcomes across markets, ensuring quality, consistency, and accountability at scale.

Regional Media Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies across MY,_master, SG, and ID, aligned with client business objectives and regional priorities.
- Ensure media thinking consistently supports broader brand, creative, and business outcomes.
- Elevate media from executional delivery to strategic partnership across key regional clients.
Planning, Buying & Performance Governance
- Oversee end-to-end integrated media planning, buying, and optimisation across key platforms (Traditional and digital channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Search, etc.).
- Establish consistent regional standards for performance measurement brut, reporting, learning agendas, and optimisation practices.
Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Own media scoping, pricing logic, and delivery feasibility across pitches, renewals, and regional expansions.
- Ensure alignment between what is sold, scoped, priced, and delivered, reducing margin leakage across markets.
- Partner closely with Finance to track GP, utilisation, and cost efficiency across regional media accounts.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the media department across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Set clear expectations for output quality, decision-making authority, and accountability.
- Build bench strength and succession planning to reduce dependency on individual contributors.
Cross-Functional & New Business Support
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and ClientEMBER services leaders to deliver integrated regional solutions.
- Support smoother transitions from pitch to onboarding through clear media frameworks and governance.

Candidate Profile
Experience
- 12–瀬+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, buying, and performance roles across SEA markets.
- Proven რამდენ any leading media teams across multiple markets or regions.
