Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and reporting.
• Good understanding of tax and regulatory requirements in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing, full sets of accounts, and group consolidation.
• Establish and improve SOPs and internal controls using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance analysis for decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and statutory submissions in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
