Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Specialist, Regional Demand Planner to join our team in Cyberjaya. You will oversee regional demand planning, translating forecasts into an 18-month plan and aligning with global IBP processes across Sales, Marketing and Finance.

In this role you will drive demand reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and optimize regional inventory while balancing service with cost. Strong Excel/ERP experience and English proficiency are essential in a dynamic global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain, engineering or business-related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Demand / Supply Planning in a dynamic global matrix organisation.
• End to End planning experience beyond Demand, S&OP, Inventory Planning, regional scope preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving capabilities.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and demand forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Demand Review Sign-off, NPD and Opportunities meetings with Sales and Marketing leveraging inputs such as forecasts, trends, opportunities and supply commitments.
• Provide demand input for rolling 18 months sales forecast plan and highlight risks and opportunities to financial forecast.
• Track month-over-month changes and improve information quality and flow across teams.
• Develop and execute intra-region allocations during periods of constraint.
• Optimize regional inventory to balance service and cost within budget targets.
• Coordinate with Global BU planners on Demand and Supply handoffs and expedited supply when needed.
