Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Certifications related to CS/SC/Operations/Leadership are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CS operations for ANZ & Singapore to meet service targets.
• Be the primary escalation point for inquiries, complaints, and complex orders.
• Support sales and channel partners with order processing and returns.
