Overview

The company manages an integrated supply chain network across Southeast Asia, with strategic partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Its Malaysia office plays a key role in overseeing regional commercial and operational activities to ensure consistent business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of regional sales, operations, and distribution strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage key customer and distributor relationships, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and strong service standards.
  • Oversee pricing, forecasting, logistics, and inventory management in collaboration with finance and supply chain teams.
  • Supervise bonded warehouse activities and ensure compliance with international trade, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the local team, driving performance excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales and operations management within the industrial materials, minerals, or chemicals sector.
  • Strong understanding of international trade processes (e.g. L/C transactions, import/export, bonded warehouse management).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and regional business operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay will be an advantage to liaise effectively with regional counterparts.
