Cencora Malaysia is seeking a Regional CSS Manager to lead Clinical Supply Solutions operations across the region, driving service excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in supply chain planning/operations or related field.

Summary

The Regional CSS Manager is responsible for leading Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS) operations across a designated region, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The role partners closely with country operations, customer service, logistics, quality, commercial, and functional leaders to drive execution of regional strategies, improve operational effectiveness, and support sustainable business growth.

This position provides regional leadership and governance to ensure standardized processes, performance visibility, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the CSS network.

Regional Operations Leadership
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple CSS locations within the region.
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Drive alignment between regional priorities and global CSS objectives.
  • Support business continuity planning and operational resilience across the regional network.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
  • Promote a customer-centric culture focused on service quality, responsiveness, and operational reliability.
  • Monitor service performance and customer outcomes, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved effectively.
  • Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to support customer retention, growth opportunities, and service improvements.
  • Lead regional initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
Performance Management & Governance
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and operational review processes.
  • Analyze performance trends, customer metrics, quality indicators, operational risks, and financial results.
  • Drive accountability for achieving service, quality, compliance, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with regional and global stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery through process optimization and standardization.
  • Lead regional continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools, automation, and best practices that enhance operational performance and visibility.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and problem solving.
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, quality, and company requirements across the region.
  • Support audit readiness and remediation activities, including internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
  • Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation plans to protect service continuity and customer commitments.
  • Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to drive a strong quality culture.
Financial & Resource Management
  • Support regional business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities.
  • Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for productivity improvements and cost optimization.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation to meet business demands while maintaining service and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to strategic capacity and workforce planning.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with Country Leads, Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Commercial, Finance, HR, and other functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as a key regional escalation point for operational and customer-related challenges.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional leadership and global functional partners.
People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members across the region.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability for regional teams.
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, production planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or people leadership role.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education
