Regional Business Development Head - Rigid Plastic Packaging

• Lead and scale the blow molding & PET packaging vertical in Malaysia, targeting food, pharma, and industrial customers.
• Own the division's P&L with accountability for revenue growth, margins, and cost controls.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, including organic growth and M&A opportunities.
• Build and lead a high-performance commercial and operations team.
• Collaborate with technical and R&D teams across geographies to implement best practices.
• Drive customer acquisition, product portfolio planning, and channel expansion.
• Strengthen supply chain, quality, and delivery excellence.
• Monitor competitors and stay ahead of packaging market trends.

A successful Regional Business Development Head should have:
