Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Manage risk and compliance, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and OCBC's policies and procedures
  • Analyze business performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and efficiency
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
