Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and off-shore partner management.
• Strong background in process improvement and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the Credit Controller team in Kuala Lumpur.
• Design and monitor standard operating procedures for Credit Control.
• Drive proactive debt collection across the regional portfolio.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
