A plantation management company in Tawau, Sabah is seeking an experienced administrative professional. Responsibilities include managing permit renewals and monitoring payments across the region. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the plantation industry and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role offers medical and family insurance benefits, and candidates should expect to travel to estates when required.
To manage permit renewal, licenses and insurance matters at estates across Sabah region.
To monitor payment (contractors, petty cash, and creditors) for all estates in Sabah region.
To assist East Regional Manager in monitoring account expenditure for all estates in Sabah region.
To assist East Regional Manager and Head Office in compiling reports for submission or analysis.
To communicate with relevant government agencies whenever necessary.
To support internal and external audits such as MSPO, ISO, Labour, Safety and Health, and Immigration audits.
Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.
