Responsibilities

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
  • Handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare to send invoices.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
  • Prepare payment through Internet banking.
  • Year-end audit preparation.
  • Call customers to follow up on collections.

Job description

We are looking for an Accountant Executive to manage our company full set of accounts.

His/her responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a finance or accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

Ultimately, you will ensure all financial transactions are accurate and on time.

Office location: KL Eco City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Work Type: Office Base (Please note we do not accept Hybrid or Work from Home)
Reporting Line: Regional Finance Manager

What we provide:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third‑party vendors.
  • Handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
  • Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, Unleashed, Xero and Zoho Accounting software.
  • Prepare payment through Internet banking.
  • Prepare cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
  • Year‑end audit preparation.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.
  • Call customers to follow up on collections.

Job Requirements:
