Region Business Operations Specialist_APAC EBG

Support key meetings for the Asia Pacific Enterprise Sales Department, including agenda preparation, venue arrangement, and attendee coordination, and assist in compiling meeting minutes。

Support the tracking and follow-up of organizational KPIs for the Asia-Pacific Enterprise Sales Department, collaborating with various teams to achieve goals.

Implement quality control, analyse and control the effectiveness of business execution through process guidance, review, measurement, and evaluation, identify issues and risks, implement key control measures, and achieve the present objectives.

Manage documentation for the Asia Pacific Enterprise Sales Department, including format standardization, process review

Job Requirements

Proficient in setting and measuring quality metrics; skilled at establishing key quality monitoring points and driving continuous business quality improvement. Prior successful implementation experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or above; preference for candidates with 2+ years of project management or related experience.

Excellent communication, logical analysis, and strong issue resolution/advocacy skills.

Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess a certain degree of stress tolerance.
