Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse functions—both technical and non-technical—collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill business hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role also demands strict confidentiality, adherence to company policies, and proactive efforts to enhance recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Source, attract, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and positive communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in outreach activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Prior experience in IT recruitment is highly preferred due to the company’s tech-focused nature.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills such as Mandarin are a plus.
