A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment for mid to senior roles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and excellent bilingual communication skills. Partner with department heads on workforce planning and lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles.
Build talent pipelines for critical positions and support succession planning initiatives.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, agencies, referrals, networking and AI tools.
Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights on market trends and salary benchmarks.
Manage offer negotiation, employment pass applications for expatriates and onboarding handover.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including team management and strategic hiring.
Solid understanding of HR functions and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; able to work well under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software / tools.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
