• Work closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategy, handle processes and provide support
• Proactively source candidates for vacancies using different range of mediums and channel
• Building an internal talent database of relevant candidates
• Resolve queries which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy or procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business management or a related field
• 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Creative and resourceful on social media platform
• Multi-lingual in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia due to work associates
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
