Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Executive to support both our internal HR operations and external recruitment activities. This hybrid role combines employee management, compliance, and administrative support with talent sourcing, candidate placement, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about people, enjoys problem‑solving, and can thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
  • Drive end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers.
  • Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Understand client hiring requirements, organizational culture, and position expectations.
  • Support managers and directors in manpower planning and recruitment needs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients while exploring opportunities to expand client and candidate networks.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and assist in cross‑border recruitment projects when required.
Human Resources (HR) & Administration Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Develop and coordinate company work schedules and shift rosters.
  • Track and process employee attendance data for payroll purposes.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and internal documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries and maintain positive workplace relations.
  • Liaise effectively with local HR‑related government departments (e.g., JTK, EPF, SOCSO).
  • Process and submit employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • SPM with 5 credits or equivalent qualification; further studies in HR, business, or related fields are advantageous.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia’s labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR/recruitment tools is an advantage.
  • A motivated self‑starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
