As a Recruitment Executive you need to play a crucial role in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities and ensure proper sourcing and screening is done at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for a variety of job roles across diverse industries
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through effective networking and relationship management
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a IT recruitments, preferably working in a recruitment agency.
- Strong command on IT skills Hiring is required.
- Proven track record in meeting targets every month.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening and placing qualified candidates
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for sourcing and head hunting is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
