Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for a variety of job roles across diverse industries
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
• Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through effective networking and relationship management
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets and key performance indicators

What we're looking for
