Main responsibilities:

Identifying new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients.

Understanding clients’ business and identifying their recruitment needs.

Provide good customer service and build good rapport with clients and candidates.

Perform search of candidates through database and various recruitment channels.

Sheer commitment to achieve activity and sales target.

Requirements:

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field of studies.

Good initiative, result-oriented, sales-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work hard and be flexible, going extra miles to achieve set goal.

Experience in recruiting/sourcing background will be added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and on the job training will be provided.
