What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from networking, screening, and interviewing to negotiation and placement. Also use STAR PROFILE generated by our Resource Consultants to generate additional sales and income.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with employers and jobseekers as their trusted career consultant.

• Execute creative talent sourcing strategies to meet business demands.

• Negotiate offers and ensure win‑win placements for all parties.

• Contribute to business growth while hitting and exceeding sales targets.

• Specialize in manufacturing recruitment with full operational support provided.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in in‑house recruitment or recruitment agency (2+ years preferred) who interested or Hungary to make good sales and commission.

• Or if non‑recruitment experience, but good sales experience in selling services on consultation manner also we are interested to hire. Feel free to apply.

• Strong communicator in MULTILINGUAL will be an advantage (with strong English Language);

• Sales Target Driven, Confident, and Ambitious – loves working with people and solving problems.
