Work Location / 工作地点:
George Town, Penang
远程协助澳大利亚总部团队工作。

Working Hours / 工作时间:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
周一至周五,早上8点至下午5点(包含1小时午休)

Salary / 薪资待遇:
During the 3-month probation period, the monthly salary is MYR 2,500. Upon successful completion of the probation, salary adjustment and performance bonus opportunities will be available.

  • Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  • 进行初步筛选与评估,确保候选人与客户需求相匹配。
End-to-End Recruitment / 招聘全流程管理

协调并安排面试,及时收集与传达反馈信息,确保招聘流程高效顺畅。

  • Support the team in finalising candidate-job matching and offer confirmation to ensure successful placement.

协助团队完成候选人与岗位的最终匹配及录用确认,确保候选人成功入职。

Market Insights / 市场洞察

深入研究马来西亚本地人才市场趋势及行业动态,为招聘策略提供可执行的方案。

  • Develop accurate candidate mapping and market analysis reports to support recruitment projects.
  • 制作候选人及市场分析报表,为招聘项目提供数据支持。
Key Requirements / 任职要求

拥有出色的中英文沟通能力;掌握马来语或其他语言者优先.

  • Prior experience in recruitment, headhunting, or human resources is preferred; familiarity with the Malaysian talent market is highly desirable.
  • Strong telephone communication and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to long-term growth and excellence in the recruitment field.
