Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and scouting suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites or social media etc to fill open positions.
  • To make calls and arrange for interview session.
  • Build relationship and keep candidates informed about their application status.
  • Pre-screen candidates via phone call.
  • Make cold calls to approach candidate for job sharing, introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience.
  • Achieve monthly individual target & KPI.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per required from time-to-time.
Qualifications
  • Education level Diploma and above in ANY field.
  • Internship experiences in HR/ Recruitment Agency/ Sales positions is additional point.
  • Fresh Graduates are most welcome!
