We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The role is to directly and indirectly contribute to the Consultants’ job assignments and Executive Search solutions such as retainer assignment, market mapping and talent mapping. Proactively assisting consultants to deliver a satisfaction result to their clients’ requirement. Your key contribution not only to help consultants to identify and source for best fit candidates; but also to assist them in lead generation for future prospects and potential opportunities between consultants, clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and an ability to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions
  • Partner with consultants on their search assignments and solutions
  • Pre‑screening candidates and preparing shortlist for face‑to‑face interviews with Consultants
  • Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ assignment. These include headhunting, database search (Bullhorn), job advertisement posting on print & online media, referrals, regular networking, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and assist in coordinating interview schedules and other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as CV formatting, reference checking, etc.
  • Provide insights on recruitment metrics and improve strategies.
