Job summary

A leading tech company in the APAC region is seeking a recruiter to manage the entire candidate lifecycle from application to hiring. The role involves sourcing talent, publishing job ads, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in HR, at least 2 years of recruitment experience, and strong communication skills. This position is remote, based in Johor Bahru, with travel to Singapore as needed. Competitive travel allowances are provided.

Job description

Join our team as a recruiter and play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and securing top talent across the APAC region, driving our growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Publish job advertisements across social media, career pages, and online job boards as required.
  • Identify and shortlist candidates based on established criteria.
  • Ensure candidates follow the application process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule calls and meetings.
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from the first application to final hiring status, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Draft job descriptions when needed to align with role requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders using our ATS, Zoho Recruit, to streamline recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive candidate records, including interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments.
  • Respond to ad-hoc HR and administrative support requests as they arise.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a staffing/agency recruiter, with proven expertise in evaluating candidates for various roles.
  • Ability to plan and manage the early stages of the hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, and screening.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience with the Zoho Recruit platform will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and one other local language for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational abilities.
  • Please note that this is a remote position based out of Johor Bahruand candidates may need to travel to Singapore for meetings. Travel allowance will be provided.
