Qualifications

  • Proven experience in in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency recruitment.
  • A background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills in candidate-driven markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong time management.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be a key member of our regional in-house recruitment team, responsible for end-to-end hiring across our business consulting practice in Malaysia.

You will:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding
  • Develop and execute innovative, inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Represent Capco as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the global recruitment team on strategic hiring initiatives and projects
  • Provide recruitment metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency recruitment
  • A background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring in candidate-driven markets
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong time management abilities
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus
