The Recruiter – Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce by leading recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle hiring processes, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Lead hiring efforts for mid-to-senior level and specialized roles across departments.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Interview & Selection
- Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and coordinate interview panels.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Offer Management
- Manage salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Employer Branding
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing to strengthen employer brand presence.
- Data & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Share best practices and contribute to team development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams is a plus.
- Strategic mindset with ability to align hiring with business goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment decision-making.
