ON RECRUITMENT
- Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
- Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
- Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
- Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
- Leverage various resources - internet, common and formal/informal networks, colleges, to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within our internal tracking system and HRIS (ADORA)
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
- Prepare salary proposal and understand basic rewards philosophy
- Churn weekly report and work closely with HR Partner to establish repo with stakeholders
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
- Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behaviour for all involved in the recruiting process

- Meeting SLAs for recruitment from sourcing to job offer
- Manage stakeholders by pro-actively educate them on manpower budget, recruitment process and attrition
- Tracking of quality hiring
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Degree in HRM, Business, Psychology and/or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years professional experience in recruitment
- Possess excellent negotiation and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills, creative, proactive, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to handle and maintain confidential information
- Strong attention to details
- Most important: Self starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
- Preferably someone with technology recruitment background and is familiar with the technology role
