Job summary

A recruitment firm in Subang Jaya is seeking a dedicated recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from executing strategies to securing suitable candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in HR Management and have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers are essential. The position requires a meticulous individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high integrity.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring process.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit.
  5. Facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and coordinating onboarding activities.
  6. Prepare recruitment related reports i.e daily candidate sourcing report.
Sourcing & Job Posting
  1. Proactively source for candidates through various channels i.e social media, online job portals and on-ground sourcing.
  2. Advertise and post job vacancies on job portals i.e JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook.
  3. Prepare job advertisement materials for social media posting and distribution i.e flyers, job poster.
Selection & Interviews
  1. Select and shortlist suitable candidates based on their resume information and do a on call pre-screen of the candidate background i.e relevant job experience, character and basic job knowledge.
  2. Successful pre-screened candidates are then sent to hiring managers for further selection.
  3. Arrange for interview candidates selected by the hiring managers.
  4. Ensure all recruitment documents i.e job application forms, certificates, copy of NRIC, interview screening form, and job description are compiled before sending for further approvals.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 2-5 years relevant working experience in recruitment.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft application i.e. MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
  • A dedicated individual who is meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity at all times.
  • Able to communicate with various level of people.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and meeting deadline.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
