Recruiter (Penang)

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help us drive end to end recruitment for IT/Technology and Commercial roles supporting a Semiconductor Manufacturing company in Penang, Malaysia. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience. We are looking for a Mandarin speaking recruiter as most of the roles will be liaised in China.

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in volume recruitment and work in a fast - paced environment.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
  • Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
  • Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools
You’ll be someone who can bring:
  • Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in the Asia market
  • Mandarin speaker - some roles will be liaised with Chinese counterparts
  • Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments, delivering high volume of candidates for commercial and technology roles
  • Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
