Job summary

A healthcare clinic in Petaling Jaya is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Care Administrator (Frontline) to manage daily patient service operations. The role involves handling patient registration and requests while ensuring efficient clinic operations. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline, along with 2–3 years of front desk or customer service experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, while familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient registration, check‑in/out, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage patient records and issue receipts.

  • Process sales transactions and maintain filing systems.
  • Monitor and manage stock of supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers for office administration.

Receptionist cum Admin (Front Desk) | Eye Specialist Clinic
  • Handle patient registration, check‑in/out, and appointment scheduling
  • Manage patient records and issue receipts using Salesforce CRM/POS
  • Attend to patient enquiries, requests, and complaintsProcess sales transactions, daily settlement, and basic reporting
  • Maintain filing systems and prepare files for next‑day appointments
  • Monitor and manage stock (stationery, drugs, office supplies)
  • Liaise with suppliers and support general office administration
  • Assist in supporting roles: counter, optometry, doctor, surgery, and Oepration Theatre (OT)
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/POS systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a plus)
