We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist on a contract basis. As a representative of FUJIFILM Business Innovation, you will be the first point of contact for the visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling incoming interactions from calls to parcels, directing inquiries to the appropriate department, and maintaining the reception area. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize various administrative duties.

What will your role be?
  • Handling the phone system: answering calls, transferring calls, etc.
  • Preparing duty rosters for manning the reception desk.
  • Updating the reception directory from time to time if there are changes in our organization.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing documents and parcels.
  • Managing parcel system and recording all incoming parcels and mail in reception logbook.
  • Recording expense claims into the system.
