Qualifications

• Good communication and writing skills are essential.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Experience with SAP systems is advantageous.
• Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management preferred.
• Competency in MS Excel is necessary.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Receiving and Warehouse Material Planning activities.
• Ensure goods received meet specifications as per Purchase Order.
• Handle inbound and outbound Receiving activities.
• Analyze demand/forecast for correct stock levels.
• Track Purchase Requisition and Purchase order statuses.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers and relevant departments.
• Maintain sanitary and safety practices in handling food items.
• Monitor compliance with receiving policies and procedures.
• Comply with Quality Management System requirements.
• Prepare reports and updates as required.

Skills

Good communication skill and writing skill

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba

Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management

Competent in MS Excel

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Economics/Supply Chain/Logistic/Accounting or related field
