Job Position: Moulding Supervisor/ RC Mould Supervisor

Salary Up To RM10000

Location: Senai

Working 5.5 Days Per Week

Job Descriptions

• Responsible to plan daily schedule allocated manpower and provide task planning by daily basis and monitoring mould change from time to time.
• Request material and to ensure a proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e. welding set, hammer & etc.
• Receive drawing, coordinate & liaison with planner.
• Ensure cutting, fitting, and welding follow drawing requirements.
• Compile daily time sheets and reports.
• Conduct toolbox briefing once a week.
• Provide on-the-job training to teams.
• Make sure a safety working environment takes place.
• Responsible for any accident that happens and report to safety immediately.
• Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Prefer candidate to have working experience in precast industry/ relevant industry.
• Capable of hands-on and performing field works such as mold setting, welding, grinding, oxy cutting.
• Willing to work in shifts and when required (eg. weekend, public holiday, night shift).
• Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must be motivated and looking forward to a long career.
