Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a cashier to provide friendly and professional customer service while ensuring smooth checkout and accurate transactions.

You will promote the Watsons VIP Member Card and assist customers with questions about rewards and benefits. The role requires Malaysian citizenship, flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to maintain stock levels and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote Watsons VIP Membership and benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and display shelves neatly.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist store operations as needed.
