Job summary

A construction and engineering company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Surveyor to provide accurate and timely surveying support for railway projects. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in land surveying and proficiency in utilizing advanced surveying instruments. This role involves collaborating with engineering and construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing survey data effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in railway or infrastructure construction projects.
• Certification in surveying instruments and software will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with railway alignment, track geometry, and earthwork surveying will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic and as-built surveys for railway track and associated infrastructure.
• Perform accurate settings for construction activities.
• Collect, process, and maintain survey data.
• Collaborate with teams to verify alignment, levels, and dimensions.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality standards.

Skills

Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment

Proficient in survey software such as AutoCAD

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Good communication skills

Education

Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
