Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT simulation and construct treatment devices.
• Calculate dosimetry based on approved treatment plans.
• Operate radiation therapy machines and related equipment following safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety, occupational health, and infection control standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Keep accurate records of radiation doses delivered to each patient.
• Provide quality patient care and communicate clearly about side effects and treatment updates.
• Supervise and guide student Radiation Therapists.
• Participate in training, education, and research activities within the department.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
