Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hardware development intern to join the team in Penang. You will participate in hardware design, testing, and validation of Keysight test & measurement instruments.

The role involves testing hardware prototypes, modifying test programs, performing rework, and assisting engineers with circuit simulations and FPGA IP verification. This internship provides hands-on experience in electronics design and measurement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in electronics/EE.
• Willingness to contribute to hardware testing and prototyping tasks.
• Interest in signal integrity, test data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hardware prototype testing and performance evaluation.
• Modify test programs to meet requirements and collect data.
• Perform hardware prototype rework and component changes.
• Conduct instrument performance analysis.
• Assist design engineer in circuit simulation and FPGA IP verification.

You will be part of Keysight hardware development team involving in design, develop and testing Keysight test & measurement instrument.

Typical activities require for intern job are:

• To carry out hardware prototype testing and performance evaluation.
• Understanding test program and make modification to achieve test requirements and data collection.
• To perform hardware prototype rework and components changing and evaluation.
• Conduct instrument performance analysis.
• To assist design engineer in circuit simulation and analysis of analog/digital circuit or carry FPGA simulation to verify FPGA IP modules.
