We are committed to delivering innovative and nutritious products to our customers. To support our expansion, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of new food & beverage formulations (functional drinks, nutraceuticals, powder mixes).
• Improve and optimize existing products in terms of taste, nutrition, and shelf life.
• Conduct sensory evaluation, stability testing, and product validation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth commercialization of new products.
• Source and evaluate new raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to support innovation.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and R&D reports.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the food / FMCG industry. Fresh graduates with strong project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of functional ingredients, formulations, and product development process.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
