Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of power products and general‑purpose measurement instruments.
• Develop product strategies, business cases, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market potential for power and general‑purpose products.
• Define product requirements and track progress through the product lifecycle.
• Partner with R&D team to drive product development.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Work directly with key customers and industry partners to understand application needs and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, marketing, sales and industry solution teams to ensure product success from concept through launch.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, launches, and training for global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, program management, or technical marketing.
• Power products and general‑purpose measurement products knowledge (DC Power Supply, AC Source, Electronic Load, DMM, Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generation, Data Acquisition System).
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and across geographies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
