Job summary

A leading construction firm in Selangor is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join the team, responsible for managing costs and ensuring successful project delivery. Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields, with experience in a construction firm. Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential. The role offers opportunities for both Junior and Senior levels, with responsibilities including preparation of Bills of Quantities and contract administration. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year (Junior) / 4 years (Senior) experience in a construction firm.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to meet company KPIs.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-offs and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents and project progress monitoring.
• Liaise with site personnel and the purchasing department for material requisitions.
• Conduct site measurements and evaluate variations.
• Prepare subcontractors’ claims and final accounts.
