Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The candidate will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient allocation of resources. They will also be required to prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong skills in cost control and cost management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in BOQ preparation and taking off
  • Experience in cost planning and cost reporting
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
