Job Description:

  • Involving in Pre-Contract Tender Submission including measurements & cost analysis.
  • Involving in Post-Contract administration including cost analysis & budget controlling, sub-contracts awarding, preparation of progress claim / certificates.
  • Assisting Senior in all aspect of Pre/Post Contract Administration.
  • To perform any other tasks outlined by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible, self-motivated and independent.
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skill.
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Construction or any other relevant qualifications.
  • Skilled in software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto-Cad, Cubic Cost and etc.
  • Accurate in measurement / taking off.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in building / construction or any other relevant fields. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
