• Assist the Senior Contract Manager/Contract Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor in pre-contract & post-contract activities.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantity take-offs.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions relevant to the quality management system.
• Assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.
• Oversee material ordering and cost control.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required by the nature of the project.
