Job summary

• Familiar with tendering, BQ, claims, and cost control
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g. Cubicost)
• Able to read construction drawings
• Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement
• Prepare and check progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Site measurement and verification
