Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive (URGENT HIRING)

KSP PROJECT SDN BHD is a fast expanding development company. We are seeking suitable candidates to fulfil executive positions. Our core business activities include design & build for warehouse factory, shopping mall and residential units. In line with our current expansion, we invite highly motivated and success‑driven individuals to join our group. We grant you various and deep exposure into the construction field.

1. Contract Documentation & Administration

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documents, letters, tenders, and agreements.

Ensure all contractual documents comply with company policies, project requirements, and Malaysian standards (e.g., PAM, PWD, FIDIC where applicable).

Maintain accurate contract files and document registers.

Assist in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and request‑for‑quotation (RFQ) packages.

Compile tender evaluations and assist in comparing supplier/sub‑contractor quotations.

Help track tender submissions and deadlines.

3. Cost & Progress Monitoring

Support in preparing progress claims, payment applications, and variation orders.

Assist in monitoring project cost control, budget updates, and cash‑flow tracking.

Verify site progress reports and measurements under supervision of senior QS/Contract Admin.

4. Contract Compliance & Coordination

Ensure contractors and suppliers comply with contract terms, timelines, and specifications.

Assist in drafting contract correspondence such as notices, reminders, and meeting minutes.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve minor contract or documentation issues.

5. Variation & Claims Management

Collect supporting documents for variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests.

Prepare preliminary assessments under guidance from Senior Contract Administrator or QS.

Maintain tracking logs for changes, claims, and approvals.

6. Reporting & Administrative Support

Prepare weekly or monthly contract administration reports.

Maintain contract schedules, insurance records, warranties, and bond expiry dates.

Support contract close‑out documentation and final account preparation.
